While not directly tied to ancient mythology, slime-based creatures are seen in many different forms of media that have a fantasy setting; weather it’s in books, board games, or a specific series of turn-based RPGs, the slime is quite the popular little creature.

Had quite a bit of fun drawing this one. Got some good practice with shading effects.
