An idea for a supervillain I had in mind
His body is made up of energy which causes huge amounts of interference. The discs on his body are speakers which emit a low-frequency sound which holds his particles together (High-frequency sound can cause his body to expand). He can temporarily shut down any piece of technology he touches and can phase through solid objects when he takes the discs off.
He used to be a musician in his past life, but I'm not sure what genre he should have played.
